Electric City SoCal wants every customer to be able to use this website, book service and get answers. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we’ve done

• A “Skip to main content” link, visible keyboard focus on links and buttons, and full keyboard access to the menu, review filters, FAQ and chat.
• Text and buttons checked for color contrast against the dark background.
• Text descriptions (alt text) on images, labeled controls, and headings in a logical order.
• The chat window is a labeled dialog: it opens and closes from the keyboard (Esc closes it), announces new replies to screen readers, and labels every button.
• A layout that adapts to phone screens and browser zoom.

Book by phone instead

Online booking uses Shopmonkey’s scheduler, a third-party tool we don’t control. If it is hard to use with your browser or assistive technology, call or text (714) 699-0627 during business hours (Mon–Fri 9:00–5:30, Sat 9:00–3:00) and we will book the appointment for you. The same goes for financing applications and the map on our Contact page — call us and we’ll help.
